Past Layout

Below are all the previous incarnations of Eternal-flight. Eternal Flight is now around a year old and has been expanding and has been through various different layout changes as well as style. Version 5 - Welcome to the Hub

Featuring: The Torchwood crew
Date Layout was online: 21st January - 13th March 2008

This Layout featured the Torchwood crew, Owen, Ianto, Toshiko, Jack and Gwen in the latest series of Torchwood. I added the Torchwood name on the layout as well as the name of the crew. Below, is the navigation where it says, 'Welcome to the hub' which is Torchwood’s Base and the other links are beside it. Another feature that I added was a footer, which features a quote that Jack says to Gwen when she first enters the hub, 'I show you something fantastic; you find a fault.'

Version 4 - The Legend

Featuring: Robin Hood (Jonas Armstrong)

This layout featured Jonas Armstrong as Robin Hood from the recent TV series of 'Robin Hood'. I love the series for some reason even though I find it very predictable and I also enjoy it as one of my favourite actors features in it which is Jonas Armstrong. I couldn't think of a good name for this layout apart from 'The Legend' since Robin Hood is a legend.

Version 3 - Fourth Heaven

Featuring: Sakura, Syaoran, Fay and Kurogane

This layout was my first manga related layout to be used for this domain. This layout featured Syaoran, Kurogane, Sakura and Fay from the Manga/anime series, Tsubasa Chronicles. Tsubasa Chronicles is changing every minute with some of the members of the group, being hurt of killed and random events happening and I love this series because you can pretty much never predict what is going to happen next. The lyrics below the main image is from the song, 'Nemo' by Nightwish.

Version 2 - I'll always be there

This layout features Rose Tyler from the Television series of Doctor Who. This layout I think really symbolises the love that Rose Tyler had for the Doctor. Her name is all over the layout and this is a quote from the last episode where the Doctor is calling her to come to Bad Wolf Bay where they say their final farewells. I think the image of Rose on the right waiting for him and the picture of her crying on the left really symbolises her love for the Doctor and how she can never see him again.

This layout featured my favourite actor, David Tennant. Displayed on the layout are various different roles that David Tennant played from Casanova to Doctor who. I also covered the layout with lyrics of my favourite song, "Morning Life" by Feeder. I planned on having a David Tennant layout as the first ever layout on this domain for quite a while but I was quite amazed with the results.
